ROLE:
- Oversee on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate with project teams and clients to solve issues on-site.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-15+ years of experience as a Superintendent on $5M+ projects
- Large Industrial or Commercial Construction work with a General Contractor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets
PAY: $100,000-$180,000
